DELIVERY TERMS until 24/01/2022

Territorial coverage

The goods are exclusively delivered to addresses in the Czech Republic.

Carrier

The Seller delivers the goods via Czech Post.

Delivery method

Upon ordering the goods, the Buyer shall select one of the following methods of delivery of the consignment containing the goods (hereinafter the “Consignment“):

  • Parcel to Hand;
  • Parcel to Post Office;
  • Parcel Pickup Outlet.

Parcel to Hand CZK 99 inclusive of VAT

Notice of the seller:

According to the delivery conditions, Česká pošta, s.p. does not have to make an attempt to deliver the Consignment if the place of delivery specified in the address is not accessible by road, the quality of which corresponds to the way the natural person providing the delivery is transported.

Failure to pick up

In the event that the Consignment is not picked up within the deposit period specified below, the Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the Contract.

Parcel to Hand

The Consignment shall be delivered to the Buyer at the place specified in the Order of the goods.

The Buyer’s contact details, i.e. the subscriber number of the public mobile network or email address, or both, where appropriate, as specified in the Order, will be used by the Seller for notification that the Consignment has been handed over for transport, for announcement of the expected delivery date, for notification of depositing the Consignment, or, as the case may be, of other facts concerning the delivery of the Consignment.

The conditions of the “Parcel to Hand” service are governed by the applicable provisions of the Postal Terms and Conditions of Česká pošta, s.p. – Other services available on www.ceskaposta.cz (hereinafter the “Postal Terms and Conditions”), for Parcel to Hand service.

If the attempt to deliver the Consignment at the place specified in the postal address is not successful, the Czech Post will deposit the Consignment. A request to pick up the Consignment at the specified post office will be left for the Buyer.

The Consignment is deposited for seven (7) calendar days. The Buyer may require extending the deposit period to fifteen (15) calendar days. If the Buyer fails to pick up the Consignment, Czech Post shall send the Buyer a notice of the deposit period termination.

The Buyer has the option to make use of the service of “Online Change of Delivery Instructions” on the website www.ceskaposta.cz. The conditions of the “Online Change of Delivery Instructions” are provided in the Postal Terms and Conditions.

Parcel to Post Office

The Consignment shall be delivered to the Buyer to the post office specified in the Order.

The conditions of the “Parcel to Post Office” service are governed by the applicable provisions of the Postal Terms and Conditions of Česká pošta, s.p.

Consignments of Parcel to Post Office type may only be addressed to post offices listed on the e-shop of STATE PRINTING WORKS OF SECURITIES, state enterprise, when selecting the Parcel to Post Office option. Information about the post offices to which such postal consignments may be addressed is also available on the Czech Post’s website (www.ceskaposta.cz).

The Buyer’s contact details, i.e. the subscriber number of the public mobile network or email address, or both, where appropriate, as specified in the Order, will be used for notification that the Consignment has been handed over for transport, that the Consignment is ready for pickup at the selected post office or other facts concerning the delivery of the Consignment.

Czech Post shall prepare the Consignment for the Buyer or another recipient for pickup at the selected post office. At the same time, Czech Post shall provide the Buyer with the information that the Consignment is ready for pickup by sending a short text message (SMS) or electronic message (email).

The Consignment is deposited for seven (7) calendar days. The Buyer may require extending the deposit period to fifteen (15) calendar days. If the Buyer fails to pick up the Consignment, Czech Post shall give to the Buyer before the end of the deposit period another notification with the date of deposit period end, or a notification with information about returning the uncollected Consignment.

The Buyer has the option to make use of the service of “Online Change of Delivery Instructions” on the website www.ceskaposta.cz. The conditions of the “Online Change of Delivery Instructions” are provided in the Postal Terms and Conditions.

Parcel Pickup Outlet

The Consignment shall be delivered to the Buyer to the post office specified in the Order.

The conditions of the “Parcel to Post Office” service are governed by the applicable provisions of the Postal Terms and Conditions of Česká pošta, s.p.

Parcel to Post Office Consignments may only be addressed to the post offices listed on the e-shop of STATE PRINTING WORKS OF SECURITIES, state enterprise, when selecting the Parcel to Post Office option. Information about the post offices to which such postal consignments may be addressed is also available on Czech Post’s website (www.ceskaposta.cz).

The Buyer’s contact details, i.e. the subscriber number of the public mobile network or email address, or both, where appropriate, as specified in the Order, will be used for notification that the Consignment has been handed over for transport, that the Consignment is ready for pickup at the selected post office or other facts concerning the delivery of the Consignment.

Czech Post shall prepare the Consignment for pickup at the selected post office. At the same time, Czech Post shall provide the Buyer with the information that the Consignment is ready for pickup by sending a short text message (SMS) or electronic message (email).

The Consignment is deposited for seven (7) calendar days. The Buyer may require extending the deposit period to fifteen (15) calendar days. If the Buyer fails to pick up the Consignment, Czech Post shall give to the Buyer before the end of the deposit period another notification with the date of deposit period end, or a notification with information about returning the uncollected Consignment.

The Czech Post will issue the Consignment to a natural person who provides the Consignment identification code along with the Consignment posting number or the name and surname (or the trade name) of the addressee. Submitting a bar code may replace providing the Consignment posting number or the name and surname (or the trade name) of the addressee. The addressee will receive the Consignment identification code, bar code and the Consignment posting number via an e-mail notification of the Consignment being ready for collection. If the e-mail address user has indicated in advance that the user does not wish to receive such notifications, the information according to the previous sentence will not be provided to the user.
