Shopping in our e-shop is very easy
Registration is not obligatory
You may shop in our e-shop with or without registration. If you are registered, just sign in and the contact data will be automatically completed.
Selection of a product you are interested in is possible in two ways.
- The goods can be easily found in the main menu under any tag, for example under the tag For collectors. Once a category is selected, the complete assortment we offer in the respective group of goods will be displayed.
- Another option is using the search box, where you can input the product name.
Putting in basket and ordering
Select the article of goods, choose the quantity and put it in the basket. You may see the basket content each time you put in an article, or if you click on the basket symbol at the top right corner of the page. After putting all ordered items in the basket, the process is not yet finished. You may still change the selected goods. It is possible to change the quantity, select additional articles or delete them. You can clearly see on the screen what you put in – full name of the article, quantity, price per item, availability and of course the total price inclusive of VAT. The price of the goods is valid at the moment the order is placed, and is final.
Select one of the delivery methods:
- Parcel to Hand,
- Parcel to Post Office,
- Parcel Pickup Outlet.
Select one of the payment methods via GoPay payment gateway:
- Cashless by bank transfer,
- Online payment, or
- Payment by payment card.
Once the articles are paid for, send your order.
Confirming receipt of the order
We will inform you immediately by email about receiving your order. In the message, you will find a summary of your order with the final price and payment instructions for payment by money transfer (if not yet made). If you do not receive the said confirmation within a few minutes, check your spam box to be sure.
Shipping the goods
We ship the goods within 10 business days after receiving your payment. It may happen that not all items are in stock. In such case we will send you the goods at once, as soon as your order is complete. You will be regularly informed about the delivery progress by emails, and you can also track the shipment on the selected carrier’s website.
Accepting the shipment
When picking up the parcel, check it carefully and report any damage directly to the driver. In the case of any damage, you are entitled not to accept the shipment, and file a complaint with the carrier, Czech Post.
Returns and complaints
We believe such situation will never occur. Nevertheless you are entitled according to law to return the goods purchased in our online shop within 14 days after delivery. However the goods must comply with all conditions required for returning goods. More detailed information is available in our Commercial Terms and Conditions.
