Why should I register?

Registration has a lot of benefits. You don’t have to re-enter your details with each order and, if you are interested, you can be the first to receive information about new products.

Do I need to register to complete my order?

Can your products be purchased elsewhere, for example, in a brick-and-mortar store?

What should I do in case of damaged goods?

If the shipment arrives in a damaged package, we recommend that you do not accept it from the carrier. If you have nevertheless taken it over, we will proceed according to the Commercial Terms and Conditions.

How is personal data protection ensured?

Is the number of pieces I can order limited?

We try to offer our customers lucrative goods in limited editions, which not really everyone has. Nevertheless, we have decided not to restrict you in any way during your purchase. We believe you will appreciate it.

Will I pay postage and packaging multiple times if any of the ordered items is out of stock?

If a part of your ordered items is not in stock and their additional issue is planned, the available products will not be shipped separately within the usual time limit, i.e., within 10 working days. The entire shipment will be delayed and only shipped when all items are ready for you. The delivery time will be extended, but we believe you will appreciate the savings on postage. Of course, you will be able to monitor the progress of your order and we will inform you about a possible extension of the delivery date.

May I return the goods?

We believe such situation will never occur. Nevertheless, you are entitled by law to return goods purchased from our online shop within 14 days of delivery.
