STC graphically processed and printed the commemorative banknote according to the design by student Tuan Vuong Trong who used the motifs of Czech utility art as a way to present the national wealth. The Buffalo commemorative banknote presents the work by Libuše Niklová, the author of inflated toys of the 1970s.

V případě pamětního listu Buvol jde o tvorbu Libuše Niklové, autorku nafukovacích hraček ze 70. let 20. století.
